RN Surgical Progressive Care

About the Role

This position requires providing direct patient care in a technically complex Progressive Care Unit (PCU), utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing care, prioritizing patient wellness and safety.
• Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare team members.
• Support secure safety and quality at the point of care.
• Contribute to a collaborative, innovative clinical environment.
• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment and adhere to clinical standards.
• Support education and competency validation.
• Work within evidence-based care models to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and valid RN licensure.
• Minimum 6 months ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
