About the Role
Provide direct patient care in a complex, fast-paced Surgical Progressive Care Unit.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing processes to deliver top-of-scope care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Prioritize patient wellness
- Model proficiency through precepting
- Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care
- Provide advanced patient care in a technically complex setting
- Support clinical education and competency validation
- Foster a collaborative, safety-focused environment
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure
- At least 6 months ICU or PCU experience or completion of a fellowship
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
