RN - Specialty Procedure II

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Develop and implement personalized care plans
• Carefully coordinate and document interventions
• Evaluate patient progress and modify care accordingly
• Provide patient education
• Auxiliary physicians and ensure safety and infection control standards
• Deliver high-quality, courteous service
• Communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality
• Participate in quality improvement activities
• Adhere to safety protocols
• Provide age-appropriate and specialized high-risk care, including restraint management and pain assessment
• Support team collaboration
• Demonstrate professional accountability

Qualifications & Skills

• Nursing diploma from an accredited school
• Valid RN license
• Minimum one year medical-surgical experience (critical care preferred)
• Certifications in BLS and ALS
• Physical ability to lift significant weight, work in varied conditions, and handle emergencies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure risks
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills required
