RN-Pediatric

About the Role

We are seeking a registered nurse for a pediatric med-surg unit, providing direct patient care in accordance with organizational policies and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and monitoring patient care plans, documenting patient conditions, and communicating updates.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary care and executing physician and nursing orders.
• Assessing discharge needs and collaborating with healthcare team members.
• Maintaining safety and performing additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensing education.
• Current RN license valid in the relevant state(s) with BLS certification.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform patient care activities.
• No prior experience required.

Skills

• Strong communication, assessment, and coordination skills.

Schedule

• Night shift, full-time, 36 hours/week, including every third weekend.
• Shift differentials available for nights and weekends.

Licensing
