About the Role
Night-shift Registered Nurse (RN) position in Pediatric Med Surg (4N) providing direct patient care at a children’s hospital.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor care plans
- Document patient conditions
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care
- Follow physician orders
- Assess discharge needs
- Ensure patient safety
- Deliver safe, effective nursing care
- Communicate patient status to healthcare team
- Collaborate with healthcare team
- Support discharge planning
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent
- Valid RN license for the respective state (mandatory)
- BLS certification (mandatory)
- No prior experience required
