About the Role
Provide direct patient care in a Pediatric Med Surg unit in accordance with organizational policies and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Communicate patient conditions to the healthcare team
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care
- Follow physician and nursing orders
- Assist with discharge planning
- Perform duties safely and efficiently to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Valid RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform necessary movements
- Must hold licenses and certifications valid in Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin
- Night shift availability; shift differentials for nights and weekends
