About the role
Join a dedicated pediatric nursing team providing direct patient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor care plans
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care
- Follow physician and nursing orders
- Assess discharge needs
- Ensure patient safety
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- No prior experience required
Physical Requirements
- Constant: standing, walking, communication
- Frequent: lifting (0-25 lbs), sitting, reaching, data entry
- Occasional: lifting over 25 lbs, patient movement, use of senses, driving
Licenses & Certifications
- Valid RN license
- BLS certification
- Compliance with state-specific licensing requirements (Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Wisconsin)
Schedule
Night shift, 36 hours per week in a pediatric medical-surgical unit.
