Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing duties within scope, developing and updating care plans based on assessments.
• Ensure accurate documentation and patient safety, including IV site assessments and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members, provide feedback, and participate in staff meetings.
• Respond to patient status changes, identify safety hazards, and uphold departmental standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• RN license and BLS certification within 30 days.
• Diploma in Nursing with over 1 year of RN experience.
• Proficiency in nursing skills, equipment, and documentation standards.
