About the role

We are seeking a registered nurse responsible for assessing, managing, and providing comprehensive patient care during hospital stays.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments and document findings accurately.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient data and standards of care.
• Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and coordinate with healthcare teams.
• Provide patient and family education, discharge planning, and ensure safety protocols.
• Recognize and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
• Deliver specialized care, including restraint use, pain management, and abuse assessments.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and maintain a clean work environment.
• Communicate effectively, demonstrate professionalism, and respect colleagues and patients.
• Participate in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and professional development initiatives.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the applicable state.
• CPR certification (BLS-HCP) from AHA.
• Strong clinical skills, adherence to policies, and ability to respond to emergencies.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care focus.
• Commitment to infection control, safety, and professional growth.
