About the role
We are seeking a registered nurse responsible for assessing, managing, and providing comprehensive patient care during hospital stays.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough assessments and document findings accurately.
- Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient data and standards of care.
- Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and coordinate with healthcare teams.
- Provide patient and family education, discharge planning, and ensure safety protocols.
- Recognize and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
- Deliver specialized care, including restraint use, pain management, and abuse assessments.
- Ensure infection control, safety, and maintain a clean work environment.
- Communicate effectively, demonstrate professionalism, and respect colleagues and patients.
- Participate in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and professional development initiatives.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the applicable state.
- CPR certification (BLS-HCP) from AHA.
- Strong clinical skills, adherence to policies, and ability to respond to emergencies.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care focus.
- Commitment to infection control, safety, and professional growth.
