RN MedSurg - Full-Time Nights

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions, assisting with care planning and delivering safe, effective care.Advocate for patients, address concerns, and educate patients and families on health issues.Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and professional development.Mentor and support colleagues to foster a positive work environment. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.Current RN license (single or multi-state/certification).Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; instructor level preferred.1-2 years of medical-surgical experience highly preferred.Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Additional Duties: Support quality improvement, uphold safety and confidentiality standards, and participate in shared governance activities. Performs other assigned tasks in alignment with policies and standards.
