About the Role
Support a multi-campus care team by providing personalized, evidence-based patient care in a collaborative and respectful environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Build meaningful connections with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals.
- Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance initiatives.
- Guide and mentor fellow nurses, supporting professional development.
- Apply evidence-based practices and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Plan care proactively, optimize resource use, and help develop protocols to enhance patient experiences.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg experience.
- Proficiency with computer data entry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
