RN Medsurg - Full-Time Nights

About the role

Join a high-impact nursing team as a Med Surg RN supporting multiple campuses. This role involves delivering personalized, evidence-based care, building meaningful patient and family connections, and driving top clinical outcomes. Additionally, you'll mentor colleagues, stay current with ongoing education, and lead the implementation of evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and care quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, ensuring personalized care.
• Establish strong relationships with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals.
• Promote a collaborative, safe work environment and contribute to staff engagement.
• Participate in research, performance improvement, and decision-making processes.
• Plan proactively across the patient care journey, optimizing resources and care protocols.
• Support continuous improvement through data, research, and patient safety initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required), BSN preferred.
• RN license (single or multi-state), BLS and ACLS certifications (required).
• National specialty certification (preferred).
• At least 2 years of recent Med Surg experience, with proficiency in data entry.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based decision-making abilities.
