RN Medsurg - Full-Time Nights

Role Overview: A Med Surg RN supporting a multi-campus care team, responsible for delivering personalized, evidence-based patient care, fostering teamwork, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.Build meaningful connections with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals.Contribute to a safe, collaborative work environment and participate in performance improvement projects.Mentor fellow nurses and participate in ongoing professional development.Lead in applying evidence-based practices and support patient safety initiatives.Plan care proactively, help develop protocols, and optimize resource use. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications required.At least 2 years of recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry.Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.Experience with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
