RN Medsurg - Full-Time Nights

Role Overview: Support a multi-campus care team as a Med Surg RN, delivering personalized, evidence-based nursing care while fostering patient and family connections. Engage in teamwork, safety, and quality improvement initiatives, contributing to positive outcomes and care standards. Key Responsibilities Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation.Build meaningful patient relationships, respecting their values and care goals.Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance.Mentor and guide fellow nurses and interdisciplinary team members.Apply evidence-based practices and support continuous improvement efforts.Proactively plan care, optimize resource use, and contribute to protocol development. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.RN license (state or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications required.At least 2 years of recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry.Experience with Epic and 3M systems preferred.Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
