We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants for employment regardless of an individual’s characteristics protected by applicable state, federal and local laws. AHRN" We need to remove boilerplate: equal employment opportunity statement, etc. Also remove duplicated lines like "Other Functions: Perform other functions and tasks as assigned." appears twice. We need to keep substantive info: role description, responsibilities, purpose statement, education/experience/skill requirements, licenses/certifications. We need to format sections: Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. - About the role: Could be a brief overview: "Full-time RN Manager to primarily oversee our Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) Program". Also mention joint venture hospital details. That seems like about the role/organization. - Responsibilities: The bullet list of duties: Lead and coordinate outpatient ECT nursing operations..., Assess, plan..., Conduct patient assessments..., Supervise, mentor..., Drive compliance..., Foster collaborative team..., etc. Also purpose statement items: Assists DON/CNO..., Oversees delivery..., Collaborate..., Provide leadership..., Recognizes patient safety..., Anticipates..., Role models..., Accountable..., Serve as clinical resource..., Manage activities..., Manage and evaluate work activities..., Analyze information..., Responsible for recruitment..., Identify educational needs..., Assist with development..., Prepare reports..., Perform administrative functions..., Provide direct care as needed., Other functions. We can combine these into responsibilities. - Requirements: Education/experience/skill requirements: BSN or higher strongly preferred, Current RN license required, Three years as RN strongly preferred, Two years RN experience required, Two years prior experience with patient population preferred, One year prior experience with population required, Prior experience as house supervisor strongly preferred, One year charge RN or other admin experience required. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with requirements; but we can treat "Requirements" as education/experience, and "Qualifications" as licenses/certifications? Or we could have "Qualifications" for licenses/certifications. However guidelines: Use headings only if posting has real specific content. We have content for licenses/certifications: Current RN license, CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required, First aid may be required based on state or facility. We could put that under "Qualifications". Or "Requirements" could include education/experience, and "Qualifications" could include licenses/certifications. Skills: maybe not explicitly listed; but we have "strong critical thinking and clinical judgment", "leadership experience", "behavioral health experience", "ECT or procedural nursing experience". Those could be skills. Could create a Skills section. Benefits, Pay, Schedule: Not mentioned. So we should NOT include those sections. Thus we will output sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose, use

. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like location West Bloomfield, MI, 192-bed hospital, joint venture, etc. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading; we won't. We need to not include Job ID etc. We need to remove duplicated lines: "Other Functions: Perform other functions and tasks as assigned." appears twice; we should keep only once. We need to remove boilerplate: equal employment opportunity statement, the sentence about management reserves right to add or remove duties, etc. Also remove "While this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection..." etc. Also remove "We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities..." etc. Also remove "AHRN" at end maybe. Also remove "Purpose Statement:" maybe we can incorporate into responsibilities. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now craft HTML. Structure:
