RN - Labor and Delivery - Per Diem

Role: RN - Labor and Delivery (Per Diem) Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate.Communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing with all stakeholders.Individualize patient and family education based on thorough assessments to meet specific learning needs.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current Illinois nursing license.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
