RN - Labor and Delivery - Per Diem

Role: RN - Labor and Delivery (Per Diem) in Arlington Heights, IL. Responsibilities Assess patients and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare team members.Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate.Communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing with all stakeholders.Provide individualized patient and family education based on thorough assessments.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice standards.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associate's or BSN degree from an accredited nursing program.Current Illinois nursing license.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
