Responsibilities
- Provides patient assessments, collects health data, and coordinates individualized care plans.
- Ensures interventions are safe, timely, and effective, communicating clearly with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives and maintains current nursing practice knowledge.
- Conducts assessments, develops and coordinates patient care plans, engages in quality improvement, and upholds current nursing standards.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of an Associate's or BSN degree from an accredited school
- Current Illinois nursing licensure
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association
