Position: RN - Labor and Delivery - Per Diem
Location: Arlington Heights, IL
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, appropriate, and timely.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members in person, by phone, and in writing.
- Individualize patient and family education based on thorough assessments to meet learning needs.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.
- Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Illinois nursing licensure.
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
