RN III - ICU - Part-Time Nights

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with hospital policies and standards.
• Lead and support healthcare team members, incorporating Patient Centered Care principles.
• Assess psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and cultural needs of patients and families.
• Develop and implement individualized care, treatment, and discharge plans.
• Conduct purposeful hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and anticipate patient needs.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care activities and ensure a patient-friendly environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN program with current NV nursing license.
• Current ACLS & BLS certifications.
• Preferably, at least one year of full-time or three years part-time acute care experience.
• Handle with Care certification or willingness to obtain within six months.
