RN III - ICU - Part Time Nights

About the Role

Provides safe, competent, patient-centered care in a dynamic healthcare environment. This part-time position offers flexible day shifts and requires professional leadership, supporting the healthcare team to deliver high-quality clinical services.

Responsibilities

• Assess psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and diversity needs of patients and families.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, integrating direct and indirect care activities.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care, including goal setting, treatment, and discharge planning.
• Conduct hourly patient rounds to enhance communication, safety, and anticipate needs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN program with a current NV nursing license.
• Current ACLS & BLS certifications.
• Preferred: one year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care.
• Handle with Care certification or willingness to obtain within six months.
