Responsibilities
- Assessing psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care and discharge plans
- Cooking interdisciplinary care
- Conducting purposeful hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and patient comfort
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited RN program
- Current NV nursing license
- Certifications in ACLS and BLS
- At least one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting
