RN ICU Fellowship Nights

About the Role

Provides expert nursing care in a high-acuity ICU setting, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes, prioritizing safety, wellness, and patient-centered care. Supports new team members through precepting and ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in a technically complex ICU environment.
• Participate in a comprehensive ICU orientation program, including simulation-based training and competency validation.
• Adhere to specialty standards and evidence-based models such as AACN’s Synergy Model.
• Contribute to safety and quality improvement initiatives at the point of care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program if less than 3 years of experience.
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience.
