RN ICU Fellowship Nights

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in the Med Surg Intensive Care Unit, utilizing top-of-scope nursing practices within a fast-paced, technologically complex environment. Supports multidisciplinary team collaboration to achieve exceptional patient outcomes, emphasizing evidence-based practice and patient wellness. Mentors new healthcare professionals and contributes to safety and quality at the point of care. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care aligned with AACN’s ECCO® and evidence-based models.Participate in specialized orientation programs, including simulation and competency validation.Support clinical education and ongoing professional development.Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program or possess equivalent education if experience is less than 3 years.Valid RN licensure and BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.At least 6 months of RN nursing experience.Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
