Role: Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical ICU Responsibilities: Provide exceptional patient care during night shifts in a high-acuity ICU setting, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Deliver high-quality medical and surgical care, utilizing clinical skills and critical thinking to address patient needs effectively. Qualifications & Skills: Nursing license with relevant clinical experience in ICU or surgical settings. Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient safety and quality care. Key Duties: Assess patient conditions, implement care plans, monitor patient progress, and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
