RN Surgical ICU Nights

Role Overview Provides direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting, utilizing advanced nursing practices within a technically complex environment. Key Responsibilities Delivering high-quality, evidence-based care aligned with AACN’s Synergy Model and specialty standards.Supporting patient safety and clinical quality at the point of care.Precepting new staff and fostering a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach.Engaging in ongoing education and competency validation supported by clinical educators. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure.Minimum 6 months ICU nursing experience or completion of a designated fellowship program.Current ACLS and BLS certifications through recognized organizations.Ability to work night shifts, with a night shift incentive program offered.
