Role Overview Provides direct patient care in a complex ICU environment, utilizing the nursing process to deliver top-tier clinical practice. Key Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based, safe, and effective care aligned with multidisciplinary teams.Prioritize patient wellness, safety, and quality outcomes.Precept and support new healthcare staff, fostering a collaborative learning environment.Participate in specialized ICU orientation and ongoing education, including simulation-based training.Adhere to specialty standards and evidence-based care models, supporting competency validation. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (or equivalent for less than 3 years experience).Current RN licensure.Minimum 6 months of nursing experience.Certification in BLS through AHA or Red Cross, valid through sixty days post-hire.
