RN - Home Health - Full Time - South

About the role

Responsible for providing skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under the direction of a physician. Must assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate patient care outcomes in home settings.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals across diverse age groups, social backgrounds, and cultures.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program required.
• Current RN license in the state of Missouri required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required.
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association required.

Skills

• One year of experience in a related field (home health, acute care, etc.) preferred.

Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
• Rotating on-call weekends.
• Holiday rotation: 1 summer holiday and 1 winter holiday per year.

Pay

• Mileage reimbursement: $0.70 per mile (subject to change per Federal Reimbursement Rate).
