About the role

Provide skilled nursing services in patients' homes under physician direction, including assessment, planning, implementation, documentation, and outcome evaluation.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in Missouri
• BLS certification
• Preferred: one year of relevant experience in home health or acute care
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
