Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the community setting

• Maintain documentation and evaluate health outcomes

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in the state of Missouri
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association

Qualifications

Preferably one year of related experience (home health, acute care, etc.)

• Autonomy in community care delivery
• Effective communication and compassionate patient interaction
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule
