Overview Of The Home Health RN Role

The Home Health RN provides skilled nursing services in patients' homes under physician supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care across diverse age groups and backgrounds.
• Build strong, personal connections with patients in their community setting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and evaluate treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state of Missouri.
• Preferably one year of related experience (home health, acute care, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and BLS certification through the American Heart Association.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong assessment and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care.
• Ability to work independently with autonomy.

Additional Details

• Flexible schedule with weekday hours, rotating weekends, and holiday rotations.
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.70 per mile (subject to change).
