Provides high-quality, individualized nursing care across inpatient units, floating as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Supervise staff and ensure safety
- Document thoroughly and adhere to hospital standards and ethical practices
- Promote a safe environment and contribute to professional development
- Perform related duties as required
Requirements
- At least one year of nursing experience
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Current Illinois RN license
- Effective communication and mastery of nursing skills
- CPR certification; ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required
