Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool - Night Shift

About the role

The Float RN provides versatile, patient-centered care across 65+ inpatient units in a leading academic medical center. This full-time position involves 12-hour night shifts with a $15/hour float differential plus shift differentials, supporting staffing needs during variable patient census and acuity, including high-acuity and critical care areas for ICU-experienced nurses. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, adaptability, and ongoing professional growth.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum of 2 years recent acute Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• Strong clinical judgment
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• ICU experience
• BSN or enrollment in a BSN program
