Registered Nurse - Float Pool - Night Shift

Role: RN - Float Pool (Resource Team) Responsibilities Float across inpatient units, providing high-quality, individualized care to diverse patient populations.Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using evidence-based practices.Supervise and guide nursing staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards and hospital policies.Maintain thorough documentation and promote a safe, therapeutic environment.Participate in professional development, integrating ethical and current practice standards. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of one year of acute care inpatient RN experience.Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current Illinois RN licensure.Effective communication skills; ability to guide and supervise staff.CPR certification; ACLS, PALS, NRP may be required within six months.Mastery of nursing skills and commitment to professional growth.
