Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families
- Promote safety and quality standards
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the healthcare team
- Support diverse patient populations
- Work in high-acuity areas, including ICU settings
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- Minimum of 2 years recent acute care Medical-Surgical experience
- Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills
Preferred qualifications: ICU experience; BSN or enrollment in a BSN program.
