Registered Nurse - Float Pool - Night Shift

Role Overview: The RN - Float Pool provides high-quality, individualized nursing care across inpatient units, floating as needed to support various departments. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; collaborate with colleagues; adhere to hospital standards; utilize evidence-based practices; promote safety; supervise staff; maintain professional growth; ensure thorough documentation; respond effectively in emergencies; and support the hospital's mission and values. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum one year of acute care inpatient RN experience; graduate from an accredited nursing school; current Illinois RN licensure; effective communication; mastery of nursing skills; CPR certification; and potentially additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NRP.
