Cassia is hiring a Director of Health Services (DHS) RN – Float Regional to join our team. In this position, you’ll support the transition of nursing leadership by stepping into key roles across multiple assisted living communities in North Dakota, Iowa, Colorado, and Florida. As the RN, Director of Health Services Float, you will provide leadership coverage and clinical support where it’s needed most, guiding teams through transitions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting best practices across multiple campuses. You’ll work in a variety of settings, including memory care, assisted living, and care suites. The ideal candidate is adaptable, has prior senior living experience, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to build relationships quickly. Candidates must be willing to travel, including occasional overnight stays to support communities in North Dakota, Iowa, Colorado, and Florida. Responsibilities
- Fill vacant positions as the Director of Health Services or other assisted living nursing positions when
