RN - Critical Care - Nights

Role: Registered Nurse PCCU - Medical ICU Responsibilities: Develop and evaluate individualized care plans; assess patient health data; communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams; provide education tailored to patient needs; support professional development of colleagues; offer psychological support; assist with technical procedures; participate in quality improvement and research activities; monitor wound and skin care; ensure HIPAA compliance; assist with patient transport as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Associate Degree or higher in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred); active Illinois RN license; ACLS and BLS certifications; at least 1 year of inpatient nursing experience; preferred experience in ICU, ER, radiology nursing, or wound care; certifications such as CWON or CWCN are advantageous.
