RN Coordinator Magnet Program
Job Summary
The Coordinator Magnet Program® is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, monitoring and overseeing the overall Magnet Recognition Program® and the Magnet designation/re-designation process and related programs. This position works closely with leadership and staff in executing the Magnet Recognition Program® initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date (RN)
