About the role

The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care by competent staff. They collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes and optimize resource utilization to meet productivity and financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensures appropriate staffing
• Manages patient flow and bed allocation in partnership with the Staffing Office
• Inspires a shared vision through leadership and change management
• Makes decisions that impact the quality of care
• Models professional standards, promotes a positive attitude, and mentors team members to foster growth and leadership
• Participates in staff evaluation processes

Requirements

• Nursing degree
• Active RN license
• 3-5 years hospital experience
• Relevant certifications such as TNCC, ACLS/ALS, ENPC, or PALS
• PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree in Nursing
