RN Clinical Supervisor - Night Shift

About the role

The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care by competent staff. They collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and team members to optimize processes and communication across units.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper staffing and manage patient flow and bed allocation
• Inspire a shared vision among staff to promote positive change
• Model professional standards and foster a supportive environment through mentorship and recognition
• Hold care providers accountable to policies and regulations
• Participate in evaluations alongside the Clinical Manager
• Promote the organization’s mission and values

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program
• Current RN license in the applicable state
• 3–5 years hospital nursing experience
• Healthcare Provider card or completion within probation
• Certifications such as TNCC, ACLS/ALS, ENPC, or PALS preferred

Skills

• Strong communication, clinical competence, and data assessment skills
• Ability to mentor and lead change effectively
