About the role
The RN Clinical Supervisor oversees inpatient medical-surgical operations and patient care, ensuring efficient and quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and guiding nursing staff to maintain high standards of care
- Ensuring appropriate staffing levels and smooth patient flow
- Promoting safe, cost-effective, and high-quality care practices
- Serving as a clinical resource for staff and patients
- Providing direct nursing care when necessary
- Carrying out delegated managerial duties to support unit operations
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Knowledge of inpatient medical-surgical care standards
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary team efforts
- Commitment to patient safety and quality improvement
