Clinical Supervisor - Night Shift

Role Overview: The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership in delivering high-quality patient care while fostering a collaborative team environment. They oversee daily clinical operations, staffing, patient flow, and quality initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care aligned with organizational values. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate patient care delivery based on patient needs and staff skills.Manage staffing to support safety, efficiency, and patient flow.Mentor and develop team members, promoting a positive workplace culture.Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams on patient care and operations.Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.Support quality improvement, performance projects, and root cause analyses.Address patient and family concerns professionally to enhance satisfaction.Balance quality care, patient experience, and resource management. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Current RN license required.3-5 years hospital nursing experience; leadership experience preferred.AHA Healthcare Provider certification required; additional certifications like ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, or PALS as applicable.
