Clinical Supervisor - Night Shift

Role Overview: The Clinical Supervisor oversees safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care in the ICU, ensuring efficient resource utilization and appropriate staffing. They collaborate with administrative staff, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes and patient flow, while modeling professional standards and promoting a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care through mentorship and recognition.Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory guidelines, and professional responsibilities.Participate in patient flow, bed management, and staffing decisions.Inspire change, challenge current processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Assist in staff evaluation and performance management in collaboration with the Clinical Manager. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited Nursing program with current RN licensure.3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or completion within probation.Certifications in TNCC, ACLS, ENPC, or PALS preferred.
