Clinical Supervisor in the Neonatal ICU, working full-time night shifts, including charge and supervisory duties.
Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective care
- Optimize resource utilization
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and administration to improve processes
- Manage staffing, patient flow, and bed management
- Lead and inspire team members
- Model professional standards
- Provide mentorship and recognition
- Hold staff accountable to policies and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in staff evaluations
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing program
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- 3-5 years hospital nursing experience
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or completion within probation
- Certifications such as TNCC, ACLS, ENPC, or PALS preferred
