Role Overview
The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care by supervising healthcare staff. They collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes and ensure appropriate staffing, patient flow, and bed management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire staff, promoting a shared vision and positive change.
- Model professional standards, provide mentorship, and recognize staff achievements.
- Hold care providers accountable for responsibilities and adherence to policies.
- Participate in staff evaluation and process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program with current RN licensure.
- 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
- Relevant certifications such as TNCC, ACLS/ALS, ENPC, or PALS.
- Strong communication, clinical competence, and data assessment skills.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
