RN Clinical Supervisor - Night Shift

About the Role

The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care by competent staff. They collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes and ensure appropriate staffing levels. The supervisor actively manages patient flow and bed management in partnership with the Staffing Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire staff through shared vision and change management
• Provide mentorship, support, and recognition to team members
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and professional standards
• Participate in staff evaluation and performance management
• Model professional standards and demonstrate servant leadership

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program with a current RN license
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience
• Certification in Healthcare Provider courses, TNCC, ACLS/ALS, ENPC, or PALS preferred
• Strong communication, clinical competence, and data assessment skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
