RN Clinical Coordinator - Clinics

Role Overview

This position involves providing nursing care in a dynamic healthcare environment, supervising RNs, LPNs, medical assistants, and receptionists. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to clinical standards, maintaining patient confidentiality, and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support clinical staff, ensuring quality patient care
• Adhere to regulatory standards such as Joint Commission, NYS Department of Health, and CMS
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting
• Ensure safety protocols, including PPE usage and infection control guidelines
• Coordinate patient care across diverse age groups and settings
• Travel between sites as needed to support various locations

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a minimum of 3 years' healthcare experience
• Current NY State RN license and CPR certification
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing, leadership experience, and knowledge of healthcare standards
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Physical ability to perform mobility tasks, including climbing stairs
