About the role
Join a supportive, patient-centered team caring for patients with complex gastrointestinal and liver conditions. As an RN Coordinator, you'll play a key role in care coordination, patient education, triage, and collaboration with providers to deliver seamless, high-quality care. Responsibilities
- Coordinates staff scheduling, educational/development activities, and performance evaluations.
- Identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of clinical services.
- Performs quality assurance studies and assists with implementation of QA/QI initiatives.
- Serves as a resource to staff and external contacts on issues related to patient care, patient flow, and clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
- Monitors departmental compliance with applicable requirements, including accreditation, legal, and The Joint Commission.
Requirements
- Current Michigan RN license.
- Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor's preferred).
- Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP).
- Five (4) years of healthcare experience.

Pay
Salaried/exempt position.
Schedule
- Full-Time (1.0 FTE or 80 hours per pay period).
- 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
