RN - Central Resource Team - Night Shift

Position: Registered Nurse - Central Resource Team Location: Naperville, IL Shift: Night shift, 7pm-7:30am Role Overview: Provide professional nursing care in accordance with state laws and hospital policies. Utilize critical thinking to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as part of a team to achieve unit goals.
